# School-Age Child Care Center Fire Clearance (a) In addition to Section 101171, the following shall apply: (b) School-age child care centers located on a functioning schoolsite may submit verification of the school fire inspection from the city or county fire department, the district providing fire protection services, or the State Fire Marshal. The school fire inspection shall be accepted as sufficient fire clearance for licensing purposes.
