# Infant Care Aide Qualifications and Duties (a) In addition to Section 101216.2, the following shall apply: (b) An infant care aide shall work under the direct supervision of the director, the assistant director or a fully qualified teacher, except as provided for in Section 101416.5(d)(1). (c) Aides shall participate in the on-the-job training programs provided by the licensee as specified in Section 101216(e).
