# Outdoor Activity Space - Mildly Ill (a) Notwithstanding Sections 101238.2(a), (e) and (f), the following shall apply: (b) There shall be at least 20 square feet of outdoor activity space per child based on the total licensed capacity. (c) In combination centers with a Level I or Level II component for mildly ill children, outdoor activity space for mildly ill children shall be physically separate from outdoor activity space for well children.
