# Drinking Water - Mildly Ill (a) Notwithstanding Section 101239.2, the following shall apply: (b) Each child shall use a cup or bottle labeled with his/her name, or a single-use disposable cup. (c) Drinking water from a noncontaminating fixture or container shall be readily available to children both indoors and in the outdoor activity area.
